Clari Align

Challenge
Coordinate shared deal plans and reporting structures across complex enterprise workflows.
Engineering contribution
Built Milestone scheduling with drag-and-drop, inline auto-save, collaboration controls, and four deal-health states. Implemented a feature-flagged navigator derived from live plan blocks and a permission-aware organization chart using Clari’s design system.
Result
Delivered planning, navigation, and hierarchy-management features while defining reusable components, state-management conventions, and data-fetching patterns.

Challenge
Improve reliability in multi-step prescription workflows and reduce unnecessary data fetching.
Engineering contribution
Developed and stabilized RX Change and RX Refill, built shared Mantine components, and led the JavaScript-to-TypeScript migration across an Nx monorepo. Applied caching and rendering optimizations and expanded Jest coverage.

Mayank Somani

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with deep frontend expertise, building products across enterprise collaboration, healthcare SaaS, and education. My work spans shared deal plans, permission-aware organization hierarchies, and multi-step prescription workflows.

I take features from design through implementation, testing, and delivery. Alongside hands-on development, I define reusable components and state-management patterns, investigate workflow defects, optimize data fetching, and guide engineers through design and code reviews. My experience also includes API integration and Node.js application development for DevStalk.
